Yes, it’s our own family recipe!

We spent more than 3 years perfecting our light and flavorful crust.  After much experimenting and taste-testing, we’ve determined the perfect balance of ingredients, fermentation time and preparation that bakes into a delectable and memorable crust.

Our dough is 100% handmade (no mixer) and cold-fermented for 3 to 4 days (which makes it very light and easier to digest).

In the past, we have catered for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Graduations, Employee Appreciation Days, Client Appreciation Meals, Corporate Meetings, Birthday Parties, Vow Renewal Celebrations, and Retirement Parties.

We can serve a group of up to 140 people as a main course, or even larger groups as an appetizer or a special snack to supplement another meal.

We have catering service options for events large or small!  We can provide a full meal (pizza and salad) for groups up to 140 people.  We can also serve pizza as an appetizer or special small plate option to supplement a different main course.

Yes, we do.  Ask us about gluten-free pizzas or other dietary restrictions when booking.  We are happy to accommodate special requests as much as possible!

No, we are not a food truck.  We are an On-Site Caterer – preparing fresh, hot wood-fired pizzas right from our mobile brick oven for private events.

Yes, we can.  There is an additional charge to indoor setups, as we would need to bring additional staff to serve and transport the pizzas from the brick oven.
